You’ll earn points for activities, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
Use your points to earn discounts towards your next purchase.
New Customers: Create a customer profile - you need to enter your email address and create a password. Then, whenever you need to login, you just sign in to your customer account.
Existing customers (from before we launched the TLC): we will automatically convert your previous purchases to points. Any issues, please email us at email@example.com
Once you have earned enough points for a reward, we will automatically convert this into a voucher which you can apply against your purchase at checkout.

Points will automatically expire after 12 months.
You can see your points balance by logging into your account.
Points should automatically be applied to your account once you do one of the point-earning actions.
For social media follows, points can only be awarded if you link to the social media page and follow or like us (as applicable) via the rewards panel (accessed via your customer account).
Please note that it may take 24 hours for points to be added to your account.

Approved: These points have been awarded and, as long as you have enough points to convert to a reward, can be redeemed immediately.
Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. For example, this might happen to referrals where someone else needs to do something before you earn your points.
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled), or if a friend you have referred returns their order.
Your tier is calculated based on your net annual 12 month spend.
For example, if you sign up on 1 September, you must spend more than £200 (or other currency equivalent) by the following 31 August in order to qualify for the next tier. You must spend £200 in the next 12 months in order to keep your status; if you do not spend £200 in the following year, you will automatically revert to the previous tier.
