About our compostable bags.

They aren't plastic.
Our compostable bags might look and feel like conventional plastic but they aren't. Unlike plastic, their chemical composition means that they will break down into compost (without any micro-plastics or toxic by-products).

How to bin the bag.
Bags are designed to be composted. Please dispose of them in your compost bin so they can be taken to industrial composting facilities.

The composting process.
Heat, humidity, oxygen, and microorganisms cause the bags to break down. The material is certified under OK Compost EN13432 as compostable which means it will break down by 50% in 12 weeks and completely biodegrade in 6 months.
